MountainWorks was founded in Bozeman, Montana by Bo Blomquist. Bo graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After college Bo moved to Hawaii where he worked as a fire safety system engineer. Despite the beautiful scenery, he missed Montana and resolved to make it back as soon as possible. Realizing he was happiest working with his hands, using his technical background to solve practical everyday problems, Bo decided to make a change so in 2019 Bo founded MountainWorks.
